Same Day Restoration is hiring for a Regional Mitigation Manager/Water Division Manager as a full-time position in either San Diego, California or Orange County, CA.
As a Regional Mitigation Manager, or Water Division Manager, you are responsible for ensuring your team is performing well and that tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for estimating and building out project scopes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.

As a Regional Mitigation Manager, or Water Division Manager, you are responsible for ensuring your team is performing well and that tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for estimating and building out project scopes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
As a Regional Mitigation Manager, or Water Division Manager you will:
- Lead and support your project team.
- Ensure your team is producing jobs on time and within budget
- Track the overall performance of individuals, jobs, and productions.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties.
- Provide paperwork from the job site to administration.
- Maintain inventory of equipment
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- IICRC Certification and WRT
- Experience in job management software required.
- Experience with moisture mapping software required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in the restoration construction or insurance industry (preferred)
- Health Insurance (including Vision and Dental)
- 401k matching
