As a Regional Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction through providing consistent on the job training, follow up/ongoing professional development for employees, inventory control, comprehensive systems compliance and providing unparalleled customer service to property managers.
Salary range: $60,000-$70,000
Bonus: target bonus is 15% of annual salary (divided and paid out quarterly)
Essential job duties include:

- Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property managers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns
- Ensure iValet compliance through consistent communication, training, and development of all District Managers in assigned territory
- Ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on job training
- Partners with Regional Director of Operations to develop ongoing, professional development for tenured/existing employees
- Master control of all inventories in designated warehouses
- Manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projects
- Provide coverage for District Managers as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related leadership experience, budgeting, and reporting
- Proven success in building teams and fostering business relationships at multiple teams
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
- Proven success in managing and developing a team through strong leadership and mentorship and builds collaborative relationships with their team and colleagues
- Excellent project management skills - planning, coordination of work, detail orientation, highly organized, and good time-management
- Customer service experience and/or strong customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of personnel policies including hiring, interviewing and terminating
- Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
Physical Requirements and Special Conditions of Employment:
- This position requires that you can lift and/or carry up to of 50lbs, walk distances of the property including up/down stairs, bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy
- Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to hot and cold temperatures
