***The territory will cover DFW, San Antonio, Wichita Falls, Graham and Lubbock***

Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall fiscal and operational performance of the skilled home health division in assigned area . Ensures quality care and organizational performance. Ensure division is appropriately and adequately staffed.

Provides management and administrative oversight to Agency Administrators and Clinical Managers to assist them in ensuring the quality of the agency delivery of services to patients and clients. Mentors and evaluates performance of Agency Administrators. Ensures that Clinical Managers are provided with the resources and mentoring to develop skills and techniques in evaluating the performance.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
