Job Summary

The team

Administrator and Site Supporting person, will be handling an admin side of our Laboratory Production & Services for Region North and collaborating with site and operation Leads daily, to ensure we can provide ongoing services to our Region North based Customers in a structured and balanced manner.

We are looking for self-starter, who is motivated go-getter and can get work done with minimal direction. Admin and Site Support will be responsible for supporting LPS admin and this position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working from home, but occasionally we need you to get in the office or visit customer location in England, Ireland and overseas.

Currently the role covers UK, Ireland, Nordics and The Netherlands. Due to our offices locations, you can be based anywhere in England or Ireland.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: Couple of years of experience in administration, providing support to head/leads of department, preferably in pharma/life science industries but it's not mandatory. Experience with Quality Management Systems and compliance documentation.
• Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred

How you will thrive and create an impact

• Occasional site visits to understand way of working with different departments, compliance documentation, and provide a support
• Travel arrangements and expense maintenance for the Region Head and Country Leads
• Coordinating and facilitating Region North Meetings
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, making sure the documentation is up to date
• Communicating with different department and LPS Lead daily, to make sure they have all support they require
