In our Refrigerated Warehouse, you are primarily picking orders and loading trucks in a colder work environment (since the products you’re handling need to stay refrigerated).

• Order picking – Using a Vo-Collect headset device, orders are communicated directly to you. As you receive prompts from a computerized system that tells you where to go, what products to pick, and how much of the product you should be picking, etc., orders are then manually pulled by hand using a hook device, pulling full cases of product out of picking bays and loading them onto conveyors that run throughout the room.
• Loading trucks – You will also be loading delivery trucks using various forklifts. Eventually, you will learn how to operate walk-behind pallet jacks, rider trucks, sit-down forklifts, and high-reach lifts to perform this task.

Requirements – Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
