Education: Completion of high school education with Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field. Training and Experience: Three (3) years experience in a position of responsibility and supervision; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Job Knowledge: Must possess considerable knowledge of management-labor relations; the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resource Management. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Responsible for but not limited to being an advocate for associates and a partner to businesses. Maintaining appropriate records and confidentiality. Computer skills, analytical skills, and statistical concepts are essential job requirements. Responsible for one shift, five days a week, and subject to overtime as required by the hospital.Location: Unity Health · Human Resources - Searcy
