Job description

This position will plan, execute and oversee the recruiting and onboarding process for our long term care/skilled nursing facilities. This is a fully remote, work from home position.

Essential Duties:

· Full cycle recruiting for all positions in assigned facilities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring, onboarding and new hire processing).

· Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

· Working with facility leadership in an efficient and professional manner.

· Coordinate with the HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist and IT during process.

· Conduct background checks, reference checks, schedule fingerprinting, drug screens, and verify certification/license.

· Assist Directors and facility personnel on administrative matters, as directed.

· Cross-train with other departments.

· Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred.

- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, including healthcare recruiting.

- Previous experience with Paycor preferred.

· Knowledge and ability to work collaboratively with several departments, communicate effectively with a diverse workforce via phone/text/email including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Zoom and/or Team Meetings.

· Must possess a great attitude and deliver an amazing experience for new hires at all levels of the company.

· Working knowledge of HR disciplines including labor laws.

· Excellent attention to detail with high follow through.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to operate as a strong team player in a remote work setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
