Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the hire process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention.
• Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward.
• Working with community organizations to establish partnerships that increase local awareness to our jobs.
• Regular and Consistent presence at Bridgestone Arena, and Ford Ice Centers
• Establish realtionships with key stakeholders to understand current and future needs of the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Has a passion for recruitment, sound judgment, and exceptional customer service, time management, and computer skills.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a related position; recruiting experience is preferred.
• Agile in thinking and approach; self-driven and resilient.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Well organized and able to compile data points to bring meaningful insight to trends.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Bridgstone Arena.
