- Source, screen, and conduct phone or in person interviews of qualified applicants.
- Builds relationships with possible applicant sources in the community, such as but not limited to, high schools, colleges, and employment agencies. This may include making presentations at various organizations.
- Hold regular open interviews and attend job fairs as needed.
- Determine suitability of candidates by reviewing resumes and/or applications, conducting interviews (phone or personal), and completing references and background checks. Notify the HR Directors when a candidate meets all of the qualifications.
- Assists with making employment offers and conducting new employee onboarding.
- Manages applicant tracking system to ensure the applicant data base is current and accurate.
- 4 weeks of PTO on an accrual basis in your first year of employment

- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field required.
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with computer application, typing, filing, and knowledge of office procedure.
