Camping World & Good Sam is seeking a collaborative and motivated Regional Field Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Regional Field Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional Field Recruiters by sourcing qualified candidates for dealership support positions, fielding Hiring Manager and candidate questions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with our HR Coordinators within your assigned region. As a Regional Field Junior Recruiter, you'll have a strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
Responsibilities of a Regional Junior Field Recruiter include:
- Recruiting: Partner with Regional Field Recruiters to develop and execute a harmonious recruiting strategy. Identify innovative sourcing opportunities and build strong pipelines, including career fairs for new store openings. Partner with cross functional teams to anticipate changes in hiring needs. Conduct thoughtful screening conversations, present candidates to hiring managers with rationale that conveys an understanding of the unique aspects of the role. Be a brand advocate, learn and effectively convey our total rewards program to candidates and negotiate appropriate offers. Support high-volume requisitions across departments, confidential searches, new store openings and acquisitions. Ensure effective onboarding, anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a top-notch candidate experience by recognizing that candidates are people first. Resource for questions relating to the hiring process from candidates and ensure that whether a candidate receives a position with Camping World or not, that he/she will remain a customer and interested in working for us in the future. Resolves questions and/or issues in a timely manner and provides excellent customer service.
- Hiring manager Experience: Build trusting and strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing a high-quality experience. Spend time learning the business you support and working with managers to understand forecasts and anticipate hiring needs. Act as a resource for fielding questions relating to the hiring process for hiring managers; schedules interviews with dealerships within assigned region in partnership with Regional Field Recruiter.
- Requisition Management: Actively monitors evergreen requisitions to effectively source, screen, and disperse qualified candidates to Field Hiring Managers; develops creative sourcing methods to fill open positions in a timely manner.
- Proactive Sourcing: Think beyond platforms to develop innovative sourcing strategies to create a consistent flow of diverse top-tier candidates relevant to all aspects of the business. Develop deep relationships with field leaders, nearby colleges and universities, high schools, and community partners. Effectively leverage reputable platforms appropriate for the role (LinkedIn, Indeed, Direct Employers, Community Partnerships, Diversity Sourcing sites, and our ATS). Network and build relationships in the industry and the community to enhance proactive sourcing. Strategize with members of Talent Acquisition team on the best way to fill open requisitions.
- Represent Our Brand: Be a brand advocate with every interaction. Elevate candidate experience by working with the Regional Field Recruiters and Director, Talent Acquisition to identify and execute consistent brand standards. Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop accurate, engaging recruiting materials, including job postings.
- Deliver Results: Be accountable to key metrics including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, quality of hires, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or related position
- Experience in the automotive, RV, outdoor, and/or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and fair employment practices is a plus
- Experience in building relationships with community organizations
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at one time
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Manages time and priorities effectively
- Familiarity of recruiting tools and/or HR software solutions
- Bilingual or multilingual verbal and written communication skills a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Consistently operates a computer, telephone, and other office machinery
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a prolonged period of time
- Willingness to travel; sometimes with short notice
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. in connection with career fairs
