The Santaluz Club is a private Country Club seeking a Recreation Attendants.

Recreation attendant is involved in all aspects of the Athletics and Recreations Department's operation. A great candidate for this position would be someone who is passionate about fitness and has some hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet, sign in, and assist members with registration

· Prompt, poised answering of all members inquires, over the phone and in person

· Set up and break down of all recreation’s areas

· Monitoring and facilitation of fitness classes

· Coordinating reservations for the Racquets Department

· Maintain organized and clean fitness areas

· Friendly, polite, professional member interaction

Essential Skills:

• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
• Be a clear thinker, analyze, and resolve problems through good judgment
• Provide clear and pleasant communication
• Properly lift up to 50 pounds
• Sell services, equipment, experiences, products
• CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification

Essential Background:

• Certified Trainer (recommended)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organization skills
• Experience in fitness or hospitality
