Receptionist / Title Escrow Assistant
Job description
Professional attire, grooming, grammar and manners are required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing guests in the office
- Answering and routing phone calls appropriately
- Opening title orders
- Checking in title work
- Preparing cover letters/critical dates letters
- Maintaining and taking inventory of supplies
- Sending and receiving UPS & courier packages
- Creating deposit slips & depositing checks
- Creating a daily report for our accounting department
- Maintain an organized filing system for office bills
- Oversee invoices that have and have not been paid
- Making coffee & running the dishwasher
- Opening and closing the office

Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and experience with the following would be most helpful, but not required:
