We are currently taking applications for an energetic, friendly, Part-time Receptionist. Successful candidates must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional speaking voice and the ability to multi-task. Must be 18 years of age and be prepared to work a 30-hour week as well as weekends. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Job Description – Receptionist:

The Receptionist provides a professional, friendly impression to dealership customers and visitors, handles telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements – Receptionist:

• 
  Previous Receptionist/Customer Service experience is a plus!
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Must be prepared to work weekends
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Strong keyboard skills
• Good communications skills and professional personal presentation
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years of age
