Wyo-Ben, Inc. has an amazing opportunity, in its Billings, MT corporate office, for an individual who is that front-line, first contact, warm smile greeting to Wyo-Ben guests, customers, and colleagues.

Some key areas we are focusing on include:

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; whether in person or phone and determines the purpose of each person’s needs and directs them to the appropriate location.
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx.
• Data entry.
• Technology abilities in Microsoft Office products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Past receptionist/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive locally to get mail etc...
• This is an in-office position. No virtual work is available.
