Washington County Regional Medical Center has provided patient-centered care to the community for 61 years. Our hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated employees who will continue providing high quality care to our patients. WCRMC is a licensed general acute care facility with 56 hospital beds and a 60-bed extended care facility.
Our Washington County Family Practice Office is looking for a Receptionist with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer knowledge for front desk operations.
Other Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, delivers messages, redirects calls to other staff or physicians as indicated.
- Greets patients and visitors
- Signs in patients
- Collects payments
- Verifies insurance
- Operates office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machine, credit cards, etc.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience working in a medical office work setting
