The Farm at Natchez Trace is a luxury pet resort near the Bellevue/Fairview area. We're now hiring for a full-time Receptionist. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday; however, you may need to work on a Saturday or Sunday during the busy high demand/holiday periods. The shift is 7:45 am to 4:15 pm and 9:45 am to 6:15 pm - may be a combination of both shifts each week - so flexibility is needed.

What you will do:

• Handle Pre-Opening and Post-Closing Duties
• Warmly & professionally greet clients & guests
• Perform Check-Ins, Check-Outs and reservations
• Handle dogs and cats of various sizes and breeds
• Update records/files
• Respond to phone calls
• Assist in other departments as needed

Skills/Abilities Needed:

• A customer focused mindset
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• A passion for dogs & cats - comfortable with all breeds and sizes
• Willing to follow-through & follow-up; detail oriented
• Able to bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning a new software system
