We are seeking a reliable Receptionist/Office Clerk to join our team and help complete daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in customer service and an ability to prioritize tasks, stay on schedule, and provide high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

· Greet and welcome office guests

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Ensure office is tidy and presentable

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

· Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

· Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

· Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
