Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm, with occasional overtime
Position Snapshot
Receiving Coordinators at US Ecology assist and support our internal teams. In this role, you will receive incoming shipments of hazardous chemicals, materials, and waste by weighing incoming trucks, checking the manifest for accuracy, and filing all related paperwork. You will also coordinate the steady flow of internal communications, via incoming/outgoing telephone, radio, and email. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will spend your time working outdoors and in an office environment.

- Answer employee questions via phone and email regarding manifests or shipping data.
- Manage all receiving documentation and enter this information into our internal database.
- Collaborate with other departments or facilities to assist with documentation management or issues as they arise.
What you need to apply
- Moderate experience with MS Office Suite
- Must be good with computers.
- Hazardous waste material handling experience preferred.
- Two years of customer service experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
Transportation
US Ecology provides shuttle transport from Nampa and Mountain Home to the Grand View location and back daily. We are willing to provide similar services in Boise and the surrounding areas as needed.
