Reporting to the Area Leader of Real Estate, this exciting position is responsible for the market strategy and execution of all facets of Real Estate development including identifying, prioritizing and optimizing real estate for the branch and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market strategy. Including performing market analysis, site evaluation and site selection. Utilize proprietary and web-based tools for analysis and reporting. Perform research and analysis of demographics and financial data.
  • Build consensus for site selection through business cases, site tours and project approval documentation and presentations.
  • Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, ground and building leases, including renewals, extensions, terminations and subleases. Reporting to the Area Leader of Real Estate, this position is responsible for the market strategy and execution of all facets of Real Estate development including identifying, prioritizing and optimizing real estate for the branch and ATM network.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal construction partners, attorneys, architects, title companies and Landlords/Developers. Manage third party real estate brokers.
  • Represent company at public meetings and at industry events. Deliver regular and frequent project status reports.
  • Strong working knowledge reviewing title reports, surveys, site and floor plans.
  • Must be expert in territory assigned include market conditions, detailed knowledge of branches and ATMs to optimize network and profitability. Analyze and negotiate all relocations, consolidations and renewals of existing branches and ATMs.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • BS/BA with MBA preferred - Finance/Real Estate/Marketing/Accounting with strong financial and business management background required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of time.
  • 10+ years of real estate experience with significant experience in site selection, analytics and transaction negotiations including lease, contracts and property development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Adobe, SharePoint and tools such as Google Earth and/or other mapping software.
  • Strong negotiation skills required with demonstrated positive results. Ability to establish relationships with Operations partners, real estate developers, and brokers. Able to effectively communicate and negotiate, both orally and in writing.
  • Strategic thinker including ability to understand financial modeling, IRR and PTNI economics. Must be detail oriented, analytical, with problem solving, complex tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills, strong organization and prioritization required. Intellectual curiosity, action oriented, self-driven with an ability to work field based with little supervision.
