Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 (commission)
Responsibilities:- Handle a steady flow of inbound leads and work to convert them into clients
- Schedule and show homes to prospective buyers
- Win listings and properly price the property to sell
- Negotiate like a pro to get the best deal for your clients
- Continuously level up your skills to become the best agent you can be
- Join our tight-knit team and become part of our collaborative culture
- Attend team meetings, training, and events to stay on top of the game.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (or in the process of obtaining)
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Coachable and willing to always be better
