Job description
Prime Home Buyers is seeking top talented full-time Acquisitions Associate to join our growing real estate team.The Acquisitions Associate is best utilized as the team member to close the transactions for the company. This position is requiring patience, a customer-centric mindset, rapport building, and a hunger to learn more about the industry with a can-do attitude.
This position has a high demand for diligence and commitment to the process. This consists of outbound calling and follow-ups, set to show ratio for appointments, contract acquisition and ultimately closing the deal. The mental fortitude to continue with the process is a necessity as it takes time to build enough rapport to win a closing.
This position is generally the second to third and ultimately the last point of contact with the lead and will be the liaison between the lead and the TC Department once a deal has been consummated. The Acquisitions Associate is a very important component of an organization's sales ecosystem as sales is the lifeblood of a revenue-generating business. Ultimately, a deal can be won or lost at the point of the Acquisitions attempting to close.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Follow up on all leads to further qualify by having quality conversations and following the sales process
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Close deals
- This role is in person, and 100% on the phones
Qualifications
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Self-Driven with great energy
- Technology Savvy, entry-level coachable candidates welcome
- In-person role, at Fountain Valley CA office
- This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role and 100% of the time will be spent on the phone
- Must be great at handling and overcoming rejection
- You must be detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly on the phone… so friendly it would be hard to stop talking with you!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
