Real Estate Office Manager
Job description
We’re looking for a real estate office manager to help run our busy real estate office and streamline our day-to-day procedures. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, managing transactions, assisting with client communication and more. You’ll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we’re adhering to our monthly budget. Compensation:$18 - $25/ hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:- Manage the transactions of the team by acting as the Transaction Coordinate, and communicating with key members of the transaction while ensuring that all paperwork is filed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and mentor other administrative employees, ensuring that office protocols are followed and that the office runs smoothly.
- Utilize your skills to update listings on the MLS, and produce social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials that will help with the sales and marketing efforts of the agency.
- Be able to adapt to the needs of the real estate team and always be ready to step up and help when necessary.
- Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies in a timely manner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Track listing and sales checklists and ensuring they are updated and accurate will be one of your main responsibilities, helping the team to stay on track with their tasks and goals.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Real estate license preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Must have a valid California Real Estate License
- Have exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Proven to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
