$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- As this is an in-office position, candidate needs to be willing to commute to the office daily.
- Handling inbound and outbound telemarketing.
- Convert leads to appointments quickly and efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities in target regions to expand client base.
- Use a variety of communication channels to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Monitor sales progress and create reports to ensure goals are met.
- Organize and maintain a database of prospective and past clients for streamlined lead management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Possession of or pursuit of a real estate license to show your commitment to the industry
- A high school diploma, and a bachelor's degree is desired to demonstrate your academic excellence
- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car to reach clients
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar position, such as real estate -ISA or sales representative, to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
