Job description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Closer with at least one year of experience. This position requires the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with multiple parties throughout each transaction including clients, local counsel, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and realtors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparation and delivery of complete and accurate loan closing documents including closing disclosures, settlement statements, lending packages, deeds and mortgages, title policies and other related documents; Disbursing closing funds to ensure timely payment of loan fees and vendor fees; Recording of documents as required; Completing UCC filings and searches; Reading and understanding contracts; Understanding title and survey reviews, objections, and cure processes.

Preferred qualifications include;

Knowledge of the loan transaction process from execution of contract through post closing

Excellent organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Self starter, able to work with limited supervision but work well with others

Telephone etiquette, personable with positive attitude

Can manage stress and able to multi task and prioritize work load

Experience with Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Qualia a plus.
