We are seeking new real estate agents and/or someone interested in attending to join Century 21 Action Plus Realty. We invest heavily in our team of talented and driven agents. We have an extensive training platform for new and experienced agents.

About the Job:

• Call, text, email, and schedule meetings to nurture client leads
• Share your expertise and help clients navigate the home buying process
• Organize and update leads via custom CRM platform
• Write offers and facilitate escrow, making heavy use of support staff throughout all transactions

About You:

• Self-driven and can consistently work hard
• Coachable and loves learning and growing
• Organized and very good at time management
• Skilled at overcoming objections and navigating past a “no”
• Extremely enthusiastic about technology
• Charismatic and can get along with anyone
• Knowledgeable in the real estate process and contracts
