Requirements (training and/or experience):

• High School diploma an/or trade school certificates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical shop
• Fluent in english
• Knowledge in the textile processes is a plus.

Manufacturing Skills

• Strong mechanical skills : assembling, cutting, milling, drilling, welding, …
• Industrial electrical skills.
• Industrial hydraulic / pneumatic skills is a plus
• Automatism skills is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support engineering team to develop new processes / equipments
• Report directly to the upper management any activities that are in violation of Delfingen’s social policy.
• Compliance with current ISO standards.
• Compliance with all Delfingen, State and Local Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
• General Housekeeping policies and procedures.

Knowledge

• Read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic drawings
• Use of machine fabrication equipment (lathe, mill, grinder, etc.)
• Support developments of new equipments/processes made by engineering team
• Manufacture parts according to engineering drawings
• Assemble equipments and electrical panels according to engineering drawings
• Suggest maintenance and improvement for new developed equipments / processes
• Suggest tools and supplies as needed.
• Maintain equipment of the center.
• Manage the inventory of supplies in the industrialization area.
• Assist in installation & training for new developed equipments / processes

• Traveling at least 25%
