Role: IQA Technician II
Location: Irving, TX- 75038
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM

- 100% Onsite role

Job Description:

• ATM Transfusion
• Incoming Quality Assurance
• Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 inspection
• Inspect Incoming material received from suppliers
• Tier 1 inspections: Manual routine inspections utilizing hand tools such as calipers, gauges (ring, pin, thread, height), rulers as well as visual inspections to test inbound material that will be used to assemble complex medical devices. May operate upper level instrumentation.
• Tier 2 inspections: Operate advanced upper level instrumentation: 3D/2D Digital Measuring projector and/or Optical Testing and Visualization Instruments (e.g. Optical Gaging Product (OGP), Keyence IM, etc.)
• Inspect labels: Performs inspection on printed material (e.g. Primary and Secondary labeling; manuals; print inserts; CD’s; etc.).
• Med device background needed
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum High School diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

Top Skills:

• Interpret, read, and write engineering drawings.
• Prior experience with sampling techniques
• ERP experience in data collection
• High-level quality performing inspection experience.

Interview Process:

• Phone screening followed by panel onsite interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
