Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality/Safety Manager

Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Atlanta GA

As a Quality/Safety Manager, you will:

· Be responsible for the auditing and tracking of timely safety information.

· Be responsible to verify the accuracy of safety case data daily per required process, Track for safety case completion daily.

· Utilize monthly Safety data to identify trends.

· Practice safety-conscious behaviours in all operational processes and procedures

· Elevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 or more years of experience in auditing and tracking of timely safety information. This includes but is not limited to employee injuries, aircraft damages, ground support, and facility events
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be proficient in written and oral communications.
• Demonstrated audit experience counting/recording data sets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Analytical and data management skills are a plus.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and ability to function in a fast-paced business environment.
• Practices safety-conscious behaviours in all operational processes and procedures
• A bachelor’s degree in aviation safety or other related field (preferred) or equivalent, relevant experience
• Work experience in operations, passenger service, air logistics, fuelling, or cabin services
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Strong analytical skill

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
