A well-established Aerospace company in Everett is looking for a Quality Inspector I or II to assist their team! They manufacture parts for the interiors of commercial airlines which are in use today, and this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Aerospace industry! The Quality Inspector position inspects plastic airplane parts, and is an important part of the aerospace manufacturing process!

The QA Inspector is needed to jump in and assist with inspecting the quality of manufactured parts by following a part-specific set of work instructions, defined by Quality Engineering in conjunction with customer drawings and specifications. Quality Inspector I or II will refine skills developed in their previous position and will become a resource for higher-level QA duties, training, and development.

Quality Inspector I or II Pay: $20 - $24/hour

Shifts: Night Shift Monday-Thurs, 3:30 pm-2:00 am. Voluntary OT opportunities are available and shifts may be a little flexed.

Quality Inspector I or II Job Duties

• Inspect parts & create inspection records.
• Use sample parts in comparison to current manufacturing orders.
• Accept/reject parts based on quality plans.
• Process parts physically and electronically using software, and generate NCR's for discrepant parts.
• Assist in First Article Inspection
• Inspection or purchased goods - Receiving Inspection (QRI)
• Other duties as assigned.

Quality Inspector Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well individually or within a team.
• Ability to understand and read/write in English.
• Ability to read aerospace drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• High School education or equivalent - Basic Math, problem solving & computer skills.

• Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Knows when to seek clarification on problems.
• 1-year+ relevant work experience.
