Acara Solutions is looking for a Quality Inspector for our Client located in Archbald, PA

  • Performs all types of inspections to support all phases of assembly and manufacturing, including but not limited to subcontracted or purchased parts.
  • Know how to use basic measuring equipment and instruments used to continuity check various assemblies/components including basic personal computing literacy.
  • Is needed to know and fully understand the workmanship acceptance criteria used on the production floor.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).



Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in working successfully in a team environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing requirements.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of blueprint readings/interpretation, math and instrument reading as well as a complete understanding of wiring diagrams.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all paperwork/documentation associated with the aforementioned inspection functions, also be able to properly document in a neat and legible manner, all types of errors or discrepancies found.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the correct procedures to follow and precautions to take when performing their work in order to prevent damage to equipment or material and injury to self or others.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Needs the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
