• Ensures accurate data collection.
• Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.
• Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.
• Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings, tracking to resolution.
  Initiates product/process improvements.
• Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.
  Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.
• Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.

• Experience to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• 1-2 years of experience, using the following skills/tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics, touch-up, commercial soldering, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly, point to point wiring; Inspection: bare board, loaded components, cable/harness, microscope, measuring tools; Mechanical & Electrical
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Experience to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
  Internal certifications such as ESD, forklift, etc.
