Monitors Quality Indicators, analyzing data, coordination of the development and implementation of corrective measures and/or protocol changes

All documentations shall be reviewed for appropriateness and completeness in relations with the medical diagnoses and/or problems and needs of paitent

Preparing through , reliable and timely reports. (quarterly, annually, and as requested)

Reviews patient charts for appropriate utilization of services and frequency.

Provides information regarding potential problem areas for client care as observed and extracted from patient's charts and other relevant manuals.
