We are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrative Assistant that is tasked with assisting with quality and customer service functions.Responsibilities
- Performs broad administrative duties in support of quality and customer service.
- Assists customers via phone and email with issues regarding their equipment rental.
- Creates replacement orders, cases and other items in CRM as needed.
- Conducts company performance, post case and lost opportunity surveys by calling current and past customers.
- Assists in the completion of supplier and vendor questionnaires.
- Monitors vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards.
- Participates in Quality System processes which may include training, corrective action and preventative action, document control activities, validation, and verification.
- Learns and understands requirements for ISO 9001 and 17025 standards.
- Assists in internal audits.
- Assists the Quality Manager with implementation of training programs.
- Assists in writing or editing SOP’s and work instructions.
- Assists with document record keeping by organizing physical and electronic records and archiving obsolete documentation or deleting/shredding documentation that is at our 7-year retention period.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service, organizational and analytical skills.
Experience
24 2 Years (Minimum)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service function, preferably in a technical environment.
Education
Bachelor Degree Required- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics and Data Management, Computer preferred.
