Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator - Urgently Need

Dixieland ReBath is looking to hire detail-oriented, self starting, and highly organized person to manage our products, deliveries, and warehouse. We specialize in bathroom remodels which consist of materials ranging in a variety of sizes which need to be systematically organized and dispersed.

Requirements of Warehouse Operator:

• Able to lift 50lbs with occasionally lifting up to 75lbs
• Able to pass a background and drug test
• Create and manage spreadsheets and word documents
• Attention to detail is essential
• Read and understand measurements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Can maintain product delivery schedules
• Remodeling field experience is highly beneficial
• Forklift & Pallet jack experience
• Self starter with a great positive attitude
• Ability to use some power tools

Responsibilities of Warehouse Operator:

• Receive all deliverables
• Inspect material orders for discrepancies
• Systematically store and organize materials
• Input all materials received into data system
• Review scope of work for jobs and put together materials order lists
• Develop relationships with vendors and be able to resolve materials issues
• Resolve product logistics issues
• Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory
• Compile individual jobs out of bulk orders
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Purchasing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
