LHH has an opening for a Purchasing Coordinator located in Nashville, TN (west). This individual will be responsible for handling the daily procurement of job specific and stock items. In addition, accurately managing and tracking inventory is a critcial task occuring daily. This position works with our Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure on time ordering, receipt, and delivery of job materials to facilitate porjects in timely manner while staying within budget.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with project managers and superintendents
• Responsible for Job Specific Purchasing and Bulk Item Purchasing
• On-time and accurate ordering of materials
• Constant and open communication with suppliers as well as vendors
• Track/Control all Inventory coming and going from warehouse
• Data entry and tracking (Timberline Software)
• Works closely with Accounts Payable to properly code and match of material invoices to Purchase Orders

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 1 years prior experience working in an ineventory or purchasing role
• MS Office experience required, previous experience working on Timberline softare a plus but not a requirement
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Pay: $22-24/hr
