Hydromat, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Agent to work out of our Maryland Heights headquarters to expedite the flow of materials between various departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods. This individual will handle delivery inconsistencies or delays, as well as, assist with invoice reconciliation.

Qualifications:

· Previous ERP system experience: Epicor preferred, but not required

· Associates degree preferred or experience in a related field

· Proficient with Excel

· Ability to travel

Duties:

· Purchase order placement, confirmation and filing

· Follow up with suppliers regarding goods receipt and verification

· Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors

· Order office supplies for four companies

· Match packing slips to invoices and correct issues when they do not match
