Job Responsibilities
- Create and prepare Legal Notice Affidavits and copy newspaper ad onto the affidavit paper
- Completes data entry using Excel
- Pays invoices and takes payment from customers
- Answer or transfer phone calls and take messages
- Helps and assists customers when submitting public notice
- Prints, notarize and mails affidavits daily
- Faxes, scans, and files documents as needed
- Completes other administrative tasks assigned

- Highschool degree or equivalent
- Must be a detail oriented individual with strong work ethic and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Gmail, and Acrobat
- Experience in conducting data entry
