Connected Health Care is partnering with a prestigious hospital in Espanola, NM to find a skilled Physical Therapist. As a Physical Therapist at this hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize state-of-the-art equipment to provide top-notch care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred
