ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
Key Position
Are you a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or clinical psychologist (PhD) interested in applying your life-changing skills where they will make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Our Clinical Diagnosticians evaluate individuals who may have autism spectrum disorder. Successful candidates will supervise our diagnostic team and review all diagnostic reports. We use the latest autism diagnostic tools and will provide any training necessary in diagnosing autism spectrum disorder.

What You’ll Do
- Review diagnostic reports
- Interpret results and provide impressions
- Ensure valid diagnoses
- Maintain procedural integrity
- Review results with families and provide diagnosis information if appropriate
Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements
- Licensed Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or clinical psychologist (PhD)
- Experience administering standardized diagnostic measures (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare settings or behavioral health field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 75% (preferred)
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
Expertise Needed
- Extensive knowledge of DSM-5
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with families, schools, and ASD service providers in a child’s community
- Effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills
