Salary: $41.33/hr

Shifts Available:

• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• 1 Year Minimum Contract Assignment with option to extend

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsibility of Psychologist will be to provide clinical care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and psychiatric diagnoses:

• Conducting one-on-one psychotherapy,
• Conducting assessments, and providing progress reports.
• Psychologist will coordinate therapeutic rehabilitation activities for individuals within a program area and develop protocols in habilitation or rehabilitation therapy services.
• Assigns and/or supervises the work of others while working under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
• Performs and interprets assessments and renders therapeutic treatment to individuals.
• Performs behavioral evaluations and counseling services while determining psychiatric and counseling needs and is responsible for documentation.
• Participates in meetings to facilitate diagnosis and treatment planning while maintaining open and regular communication with other departments and members of administration as needed.
