Attention all talented property management professionals!

SkyNat Property Management is seeking an energetic, result oriented and driven property management professional who is motivated to take on new exciting challenges. The apartment complex that you would be overseeing features 42 units comprised of Studios and 1-Bedroom Apartments in a unique, vintage property built in 1920 right here in South Downtown Portland.

What we are offer is the following:

· 40 hours per week at $22-25 an hour based on experience

· Cell phone allowance

· Paid parking garage adjacent to property

· 7 Paid holidays

· Sick time / Vacation time

· $500 sign on bonus (after a 90-day probationary period)

· Must live onsite, rent credit available

· Mileage reimbursement

· Medical insurance coverage options available

Requirements:

· 2 Years of previous property management experience

· Understand & administer Landlord / Tenant policies and State / Federal Laws

· Knowledge of Appfolio software (preferred)

· Able to perform tasks involving bookkeeping, preparation of reports, lease agreements, etc.

· Basic knowledge of Math, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and its’ google counterparts

· Ability to learn quickly, multi task and pay attention to detail

· High school diploma or GED

· Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills

Vehicle:

· Reliable transportation

· Clean driving record

· Valid Driver’s License

· Proof of Auto Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

· On-site Office management

· Leasing

· Basic accounting

· Resident record keeping

· Working with Maintenance staff

· Working with vendors

· Completing certification paperwork
