Management Company looking for a full-time maintenance technician for multiple location apartment complexes in the Beaverton/Tigard/Hillsboro area.

The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience, have the knowledge and the capability of completing a variety general maintenance tasks, including pool maintenance and be available for on-call scheduling. Must have a positive attitude, possess good customer service skills, work well independently and as part of a team. Must have own tools.

Maintenance Technician required Skills and Duties include, but are not limited to:

• General maintenance
• Electrical Maintenance/Repair
• Basic Appliance Maintenance/Repair
• Basic Plumbing
• Sheetrock Repair
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Pool Testing/Maintenance
• Debris removal and light grounds maintenance

Will require lifting of 50 to 80lbs, carrying, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling , carrying, and walking up and down stairs multiple times.

This is a Full Time position with eligibility for group medical insurance and other benefits. Paid Time Off package, with paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
