Property Inspector- New Smyrna Beach, FL
Job Description
We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
Health insurance, paid holidays, vacation benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) matching are provided to full time employees after a 90-day introductory period. Hourly wage between $16-$18 (pay to commensurate with experience) plus set daily rate for gas compensation. Paid training and cleaning supplies provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Commuting to and from properties in your respective territory
- Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues
- Performing small maintenance repairs
- Reporting large maintenance issues
- Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals
- Managing property inventory and staging
- Delivering needed items to guests
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous experience in the vacation rental industry. (Requested but not required)

Schedule
This is a full-time position located in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
Weekend work is required.
