We’re looking for a talented individual with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset to join our loyalty team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking to dramatically expand our team as well as our loyalty offerings and personalization capabilities. Our ideal candidate would be:
Promotions & Analytics guru – you have experience in an analytical role, whether it be in marketing, merchandising, or elsewhere. You know the different cogs that make a retailer run and how to focus on the right metrics to help meet loyalty promotions objectives.
Person of Action – you are the quintessential go-getter. You know how to navigate the organization to get things done. Learning new tools, creating a new standard, and executing a plan to perfection gets you excited about your job each and every day.
Traffic Manager – able to manage the end-to-end loyalty promotions process. You can work across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to ensure the best-in-class promotions are being offered to customers.
The role requires a high level of analytical and process management skill as well as a talent for working in a close-knit environment. You’ll need to understand the art and science of promotions. This role will require interfacing and working with multiple functions across North America, making this position a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the business while putting your skills to work.

Essential Functions:
- Own the loyalty marketing calendar and offer management process across loyalty to drive consistent execution of program branding, campaigns, and promotions across channels
- Measure and report out on results to optimize loyalty campaigns and offers
- Assist the organization with the development of loyalty promotions
- Ensure proper setup and execution of loyalty promotions
- Forecast and recommend how to enhance submitted loyalty promotions
- Proactively develop processes, tools, and other means to efficiently manage the loyalty promotions process
- Ensure compliance with promotional requirements, policies, and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems and policies
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing and store systems required to implement promotions and campaigns
- Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, possess strong analytical skills, and meet deadlines
- Highly collaborative and results-driven
- Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
- Fast-learner, eager to dive in and bring relevant experience to a new role
- Problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Retail knowledge is a must; strong understanding of the convenience store industry is preferred
- Must live in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, combinations of job-related experience and education that meet the minimum requirement may be substituted.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an analytical role
- Project Management competencies is a plus
- Experience working in a retail store environment is a plus
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
