This role supports a AIRWorks customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
This position will provide project scheduling support to the AIRWorks MTUAS Mi2 Project Lead (PL) organized under the SPEAR Portfolio Manager. The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the AIRWorks MTUAS Mi2 Project, creating and managing schedules, resource loading, and plan of action / milestones for the portfolio projects. The Project Aanalyst will also be responsible for communicating with IPTLs on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis to maintain project schedules and identify critical path delays and related mitigation strategies.The candidate will assist in the planning and execution of project schedules to include resource loading, critical path, trend analysis and other analytics, to include the following:

• Develop MS Project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, tracking variances and trend analysis.
• Evaluate schedule quality through a project schedule assessment.
• Be able to identify missing logic, lags, and leads, as well as to identify critical and driving paths.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis by conducting what-if scenarios
• Provide support during Project Execution Strategy (PES) and Proposal development.
• Provide support during reviews of Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Specifications, Request for Proposals and CDRLs.
• Review contract deliverables and milestones and compare to planned schedule.
• Detailed file and data retrieval organizational skills that support team members needs for access to large amounts of data
• Provide project control in various areas including but not limited to developing Standard Work Packages (SWP), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), spend plans, acquisition documentation and activities, and program technical documentation.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree and 3 to 10 years of relevant experience is required. Masters degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with NAVAIR SETR events
• Ability to communicate and adapt well in dynamic team environments
• Good organizational skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Security Clearance:

• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.

Telework and Travel:

• On Site with Remote Capabilities
• 10% Travel
