Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Summary
In the role of a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules as per best-practice company policies. You are a member of various project teams, reporting to the Project Manager for each assigned project, ultimately reporting to the General Manager of Project Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with the Project team to develop master and detailed schedules for all phases of the project
• Monitoring and controlling of progress and forecasting on a regular basis
• Performing Critical-Path analyses and highlighting of schedule variances to Project Management
• Recommending and discussion of mitigation measures with the Project Team
• Preparing internal and external reporting as per company / project requirements
• Supporting the Sales Team to develop proposal and bid schedules

Job Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and construction practices and scheduling
• 5-10 years of experience scheduling and monitoring project schedules
• Experienced with Oracle Primavera and MS Project Scheduling
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects at a time
• Direct communication with members of the project organization in relation to schedule development and updating
• Communication of changes or critical schedule trends to the Project Team
• Ability to travel to customer plant locations or abroad
