Job description

The Project Manager/Estimator for Equipment Sales is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales projects related to equipment sales. This includes documenting all aspects of the project, gathering and organizing sales-related data, updating the CRM, preparing data for follow-up, submitting project materials to the sales coordinator, and answering operations questions related to the projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Document all aspects of the project including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables

· Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes to the project plan

· Gather and organize sales-related data to the sales projects, such as customer information, equipment specifications, and pricing

· Maintain the company's CRM, updating it with relevant information about the sales projects

· Prepare data for follow-up, such as proposals, quotes, and presentations

· Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date

· Submit project materials to the sales coordinator for review and approval and ensure all materials are complete and accurate

· Answer any operations questions related to the projects

· Understand the project being sold

· Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
