The Project Manager is based at our brand-new facility in Conroe, TX. Under the direction of our National Project Team Lead, the Project Manager will be responsible for all management, organization, coordination of complex power rental projects.

About the Role

• Take calls directly from customers, inform new opportunities of the Sunbelt Solomon advantages and experience, develop a positive relationship through rapid response, high touch, and high care interaction
• Work with stakeholders to develop the best power rental or sale solution for our customer’s power needs, maximizing Sunbelt Solomon equipment utilization where possible
• Prepare detailed quotations for customers and sales representatives review and approval that reflect the rental equipment and services being offered to provide the best power solution for our customers
• Undertake and/or direct the successful planning, organization, and execution of approved project logistics to ensure customer requirements are met in good time
• Provide support to customers throughout the project as required including requests for technical specifications, equipment changes, and services logistics coordination
• As required, provide direction to support the preparation of outgoing customer invoices and ERP reports ensuring rental and sales invoicing is accurate and timely

About You

• You have depth of electrical knowledge either through school or work experience Strong business acumen and project management experience
• Experience motivating and working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Experience leading teams of certified electricians, electrical apprentices, contractors, and laborers
• Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP software (specifically SAP) and CRM software is considered an asset
• Prior rental experience in the power generation field, specifically direct experience with large power projects is an asset
• Display a high degree of professionalism and demonstrate your ability to take direction and accept responsibility
