Stack Homes is in an exciting period of growth and looking to add a full-time Project Manager to our team. The position will work on-site at our manufacturing facility in West Jordan.

This position will support the manufacturing, B2B sales, and customer relations side of our business by properly coordinating projects from bids through the installation process with responsibilities including compiling proposals, contracting, scheduling, ordering, client and vendor relations, software and logistics management. We are looking for an out-going personality that can build trust and rapport through communication and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for B2B sales performing as a liaison between the manufacturing team. Duties to include identifying new projects including government, commercial, and residential opportunities; conducting manufacturing tours; providing bids and proposals; contracting; and on-going client communications on the status of the project, including on-site visits.
• Coordinate with Chief Manufacturing Officer and production team on all aspects of a project from scheduling to installation
• Keep projects organized through daily updates in building software
• Attend & participate in weekly production meetings providing information on project status, materials and labor budgets
• Lead communication with general contractors, vendors, in-house project managers and department leads
• Coordinate with other departments as a project hits key milestones or challenges including accounting, permitting, sales, etc.
• Oversee and assist in the process of obtaining materials. Work wtih superintendents on deliveries.
• Assist in planning of loading projects and transportation logistics.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures for the manufacturing and operations process
• Monitor and beat the job budgets for material and labor through weekly meetings and monitoring
• Work with accounting to properly bill jobs

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Minimum of a 2- year degree; 4 -year degree is preferred
• Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to build trust and sell B2B services
• Excellent organization skills; ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time
• Effective time management and logical decision making
• Construction knowledge and have the ability to read blueprints
• The ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems
• High attention to detail, passion for doing high quality work
• Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction
• Capacity to handle pressure
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle peak work times

Hours (Full-Time) Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
