Rapidly growing 35+ year-old custom/contract development and manufacturing services provider to life science and chemical industries has project manager opening.

Responsibilities: sales to existing and prospective clients, manage deliverables (chemicals, drug candidates, unit operations, synthesis development), develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and vendors.

Ideal position for candidates ready to transition from laboratory/manufacturing environment to project management with P&L responsibility.

Requirements: B.S. or higher in chemistry, biochemistry or chemical engineering · Minimum 3 years’ experience within a laboratory and/or chemical manufacturing environment · Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Superior inter-personal communication skills · Business application computer skills (CRM software experience a plus) · Trade show experience a plus
